After proof approval and paymen, the production time is about 15-20 business days because each garment is handcrafted for you from scratch at the production facility.

We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
